All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under normal circumstances.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at beautifullyserved@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective product.
Exceptions
We only offer replacements for damaged or defective items. Items that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return or refund.
